alright before i do anything,i'd just like to say 'THANK YOU GOD!!!'. well,yes,i managed to get the sounds out from my laptop and also get it to play music files again. luckily for me those assholes at SP know their IT stuff. after i sent them the email stating my problem,they replied with you have to go to your vender's website to download an upgrade for your sound card. and so i did. fortunately it worked and here i am blasting classical music from the speakers. i'm telling you,classical music never sounded so great before. bleah. so now everything is okay. i can get back to slacking at home. good bye.
