[yoyo rocks and so does steve brown!!]
heya. today i am even happier than previously. haha! went to Takashimaya today to see the performance for the F.A.S.T yoyo promo. it was okay i guess. alot of kids there. the team was successful today. hmm. anyways,Steve Brown, Yo-hans and Ben Mcphee were there too. Yo-hans looked fat and childish. to me at least. but he looks like a nice guy. he probably saw me and ashley yoyoing and asked why we didnt help them promote the yoyo too. hah. the kids were impressed too. haha! okok. i'll stop bragging. i suck in yoyoing but what i know is enough to impress beginners. haha!
ok here's the best part. when me and ashley reached takashimaya basement 2,we stood somewhere near the stage. we saw Steve and the rest. well, Steve saw us and actually waved at us(he saw me first). i find it cool that he still recognises us after all this time. hahaha! okok. i'm crazed. we waved back naturally. hehe. oh Steve and the rest were great-their performances that is. especially Steve. heh.
so anyways,the day was cool. got back into yoyo action. found a yoyoer who is also in SP. yeah! haha. tried out the F.A.S.T yoyo. i cant say anything here cos it might cause turmoil. haha! ashley has got some cool new yoyos and she showed me. they all look like the Zombie
yoyo i bought awhile back.
plus,i've finally decided to get a Yoyojam Speedmaker yoyo . its probably gonna cost a good $30++. but i think it is worth it. oh and the nerdy guy(i dont know his name) is generous enough to GIVE me his Duncan Throw Monkey and Freehand 2. cool huh? they cost $30+ each. hmm. i am lucky today. got home and tried out the yoyos. damn nice and smooth. need to brush up on my yoyoing skills. its gotten rusty over the months that i haven't played.
i guess i realise now that yoyoing is something-a hobby you might call it-that i keep coming back to. not like those things i used to fuss over. i mean i love yoyoing. its like even if sometimes i get tired of it. but i somehow get pulled back into it. its like i relive the love of yoyoing again. ah i dont know how to explain it in words. so i'll end here.
